We have an opening for a Business Analyst.

Position Overview:As a Business Analyst for our Social Welfare Health System division, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the functionality and effectiveness of our healthcare initiatives. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to collect and document requirements in detail and follow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements related to the social welfare health system.

Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current system processes, data flows, and business operations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Documentation: Create clear and detailed requirement documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models, to communicate business needs to the development and implementation teams.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions that align with business requirements, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

Testing and Validation: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test plans and participate in system testing to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented.

Change Management: Support change management efforts by providing documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new system features.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to social welfare health systems and make recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or social welfare systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a bonus.

Required Skills: - Bachelors degree in business, engineering, IT, or any related field.

- Experience using Azure DevOps- Proven 5 years of experience as a business analyst and 2 years working with Agile team- Proven experience with any one of these certifications will be an advantage- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)- PMP certification
